Comments:

Nothing heard on 40. Could not get it going on high bands except EU stations not
in CWT. Can't get much rate when asking each for name. Thanks for those CWT ops
who did work me. Even the skimmers weren't hearing me, except W3LPL once on 10.
Beginning to think there might be something wrong at my end, but probably just
propagation. Hopefully better results at 1900Z and 0300Z.
