Comments:

This was my first CW contest, and exclusively S&P. Just trying to get things
correct, looked at the participation, and depended heavily on decoding as my
code skills (or lack thereof) are just developing. 
I look forward to the next event as this was a lot of fun and a good test of my
ability. Hope to make progress in the New Year.
