Club: Arizona Outlaws Contest Club

Comments:

Started as a casual chase of the WRTC stations and ended up with my highest
score in this contest.  Found all 59 WRTC stations eventually but that took
until 0605Z!  Despite being incredibly noisy, 40 meters was reasonably
productive.  Made 120 total contacts with the WRTC competitors on three bands.
