Comments:

Portable in the local park, with a Yaesu FT-857d running 5 W into a 40 m
resonant feedline dipole up 25'.  I missed out on the beginning of the contest
due to rain moving in, but in the late evening (after 0020) I managed to get
out there with better weather and got in about an hour of operating time
before
it got too dark.  Heard a bunch of HQ stations, including 9A0, II0, EF4, and
DA0, but no contacts with them.
