Comments:

Activity much better this week, so we'll keep going. DUPES OK keeps things
lively.

Many regulars have suggested having a definite earlier stop time to allow for
cw set-up. I'll put up some ideas on NCCC-BLUE reflector, so look for time
changes next week.
