Comments:

OK, I did SLOW CW, did no S&P, and "RAN" stations for the entire
hour at 20wpm (Thanks to the faster ops for putting up with the 20wpm CQs and
EXCHs.) Only a few guys of the 49 were really slow. I hope this event
encouraged them.
