A brutal event here in MO as storms stayed near for the entire event.Sunday
morning brought no relief either. No rcv antenna now just an Inv Vee and a base
loaded Hytower to wrk with. Both had solid 20 over 9 noise level,so anyone not
at least over s9 was nearly impossible to wrk. Power was abt 500w so I could be
 heard but turned me into an alligator. Apologies to the stations not copied who
came back to my call. I tried every knob and setting on the ProIII but some
still eluded me. Longest QSO W1AW/KL7 if it's not busted! Herb KV4FZ always
rolling into western MO. NO3M was big all nite.
Summer Stew makes u appreciate better band condx in fall/winter on topband.
