The MYSTERY and MAGIC of NS:

Can someone please explain to me how i can have a 599+20 two way QSO with W1NN
right up til one minute before the NS starts, and then never hear him again, on
the same band, for a full 10 minutes, in a 5 khz wide area ??   LOL ..
