Comments:

Tough time this week.  Heard lots of signals on 15 meters before the start.  But
then with about 15 seconds before start, rain static started and got intense. 
Only able to work a few loud stations.  Rain static was also on 20 meters so at
first only the loudest stations could be heard until static subsided.
