Got run off 14.023 by DXers who thought FT4TA might be there (they were not).
Otherwise an unusually low percentage of guys with clicks forcing me to move.

Noticed quite a few precedence changes from A or B to U. Sadly there are many
bad skimmers out there generating bogus spots, including KQ8M, KA9SWE, W8WWV.

Changed my check this year to reflect the original grant date of the club
license.  I suspect this will bite those who blindly accept whatever their
logger pre-fills; some of the top contesters asked for a repeat to be sure.
