Comments:

This was a limited outing for me. Station was an ICOM 746, AL811H, A3S, N1MM
software. Conditions were excellent. This was my first experience using an amp
in a contest. It was quite nice. I never had any problem being heard. This
contest has a rather lengthy exchange including lots of numbers. My problem was
limited Morse code speed. My competency with this exchange is not quite the 30
WPM or more regularly used by most stations in this contest. I usually had to
listen first to get the exchange before I worked the station. That ate up a lot
of the time. But the code practice was great experience. I was getting better
and better as my time ran out.
