Comments:

I used this contest to test my capabilities on 40 and 80 and plan for best times
on those bands towards Europe in preparation for CQ WW CW. Working Europe on 80
with 5 watts and a (loaded) half sloper isn't easy. I want to thank those ops
in Europe who made the effort to pull me through, often without success.
