Comments:

Conditions were up, had fun with the Es on 6 as well as the tropo on the higher
bands to the west and southwest. Nothing broke during the contest, and nothing
got worse than it was going in - that is a victory in itself. Activity also
seemed to be up, good to hear. 903 continues to get even noisier due to the
ISPs taking advantage of the license free band, hard to work anything there but
locals. 902 is only a few dB better.
Thanks to the rovers that put in a great effort to get grids and bands on the
air!
