Comments:

First time really using the inv-L endFed and found some occasional RFI in the
shack hanging the PTT.  So that made life a bit interesting.  Overall though
the switch to the endFed brought in more 80/40 pts than January's effort.  15
wasn't as good, but 20 made up for it.

Thanks for all the Qs, and the many repeats - especially on 80.  Oh and Senor
Loco the XE2 OP showed good spirit :)
