Comments:

My first WAE since 2008 and first one from Colorado.  More fun from
Pennsylvania, though still enjoyed the time on.  Great caliber of European ops
in this contest.

Condx were fairly disturbed here, with most stations (except EA/CT) having
polar flutter, sounding like they were from OH.
