Comments:

Sorry to miss last week's Phone Fray. 
Conditions improving, but only two loud signals on 15m at the start.
20m better, but too many people couldn't hear me. I heard four or five 
stations for every one who could hear me.  40m upped that to ten or 
eleven stations for every one who could hear me. Still 40 minutes 
before sunset here. 80m had a few west coast signals, but none could 
hear me. No reason to check 160m.
