Comments:

Well, since I don't have working software for this Contest, my goal was to
make Lake County available as much as possible. 99% of the time I sat on a
frequency and called CQ and let people find me for a Mult.

My trusty/rusty old CT doesn't support OQP, so I just logged the Calls I
worked
in its "DXpedition" Mode. This doesn't allow logging anything other
than Zone,
so I have no idea how many Mults I worked - HIHI.

I used to use NA years ago with a DOS Computer, but that died. The Dell 740
that I use now for Radio Operations runs XP and has a limited DOS capability.
Unfortunately, NA would only come up in a small window and I couldn't figure
out how make the screen a usable size or get NA to key my IC-7700 on CW.

I downloaded N3FJP and all looked FB until I saw that it only supported CW
from a serial port. My CW circuitry runs on my LPT port and I don't have the
parts on hand to build a serial version. Where is a local Radio Shack when
you need one on a Friday evening? In fact, where IS one, period??

Until it turned almost dark, conditions for working In-State Stations were
very poor, especially the mobiles. After several hours on 40 working weak
guys and many stations in the 200-400 mile range, I went to 20 and worked a
lot
of 4s & 5s. Once it got dark, 40 and 80 came up nicely and working
stations
was no longer as difficult.

Since I didn't track Mults, I listed my score as ONE (3830 won't accept ZERO).
If someone wants me to submit a Check Log, I'd be happy to do it.
