Comments:

Horrible condx on this end. Sigs on 15 were ESP and those on 20 were never
better than S5 with ambient noise of S3. Many signals were S2 and below, so R
was 2 at best. I could hear callers but there was no way I could pull a
callsign out of the noise. It has to better at 0300. CU then.
