Comments:

K3, 100W, and a hexbeam. After a few days of poor propagation, the conditions
started improving at the beginning of the contest. I listened intermittently
and hopped on the air for some nice runs. In addition to focusing on Romania, I
heard many European and Eurasian stations. A good number of Japanese stations
also answered my call. I was suprised by the number of dupes in my log - my
routine is to work them. I assume this was mostly stations that had marginal
contacts on teh first attempt and wanted to be sure that I was in their log.
