Totally dead on 40 meters here at my QTH. 80 meters was the best I could do with
only 3 contacts. This will get better, right?

Question: For 80 meters, are we supposed/suggested to stay BELOW 3.790? I
heard/contacted folks above 3.800, I'm confused, help!
