Comments:

Still having issues "running" - it appears that I'm not being heard. 
I can S&P ok, however some ops have their filters screwed down tight it's
hard to bust through QRP.  I'll try it again this afternoon.

Ok activity wise although things started getting better later in the event but
again, I was having trouble being heard.
