Comments:

Its fun when a plan comes together -- the shared apex receiving array
(SAL-30)was installed a few weeks ahead of time, and played remarkably well in
the contest. The band conditions didn't seem as good compared to 2013, and the
2nd night sure seemed better than the first. On the last day of the contest,
around 4 or 5 am, an odd hour-long "noise blanket"  occurred, and
then it went away as quickly as it came - wonder if others experienced this?
