Club: Orca DX and Contest Club

Comments:

This was a very frustrating contest. I attempted running several times but was
not able to pull calls out of the noise. Previously identified Hydro power line
noise several blocks away produces noise at level 5. Recent renovation next door
increased the noise level to a constant 9 on all bands except 15m which was at
the previous 5. Absolutely nothing heard on 10m.
