Comments:

it is unusual for me to make the 03z session but I did.  After a few minutes on
40, the rain started and generated a level of QRN that totally obliterated teh
band.  I went to my separate RX loop but there were too many guys calling that
were so weak that I just couldn't copy so went to 80 for most of the first half
hour.  Finally the rain stopped and 40 returned to normal.
