Comments:

Conditions were pretty poor, so missed working otherwise dependable guys with
good ears. NO3M and N0NI were the only QSOs east of the Rockies. Heard WL7E and
KL7KY, but they didn't hear me. Lots of stinko WX in the East, especially SE and
TX, kept a lot of guys off the air, and many that were on had bad QRN. I heard
three JAs, all big stations, all were pretty weak. Could have worked them with
1.5kW, but not 5W. :)

Heard W4OC (SC) and W5MX (KY)in the mid-evening, two of the six states I need
for WAS QRP, but both went QRT far too early to work QRP. I heard W6JTI work
W5MX, with a struggle; Frank was running 100W.
