Comments:

Tough night here, with some sort of bad razzy buzzing noise coming from the
west, mainly. It came and went. Gonna have to find it. Missed several callers
at the noise level on 20. Five min segments started well but went to the
cellar: 10, 11, 10, 7, 7, and 4! 

Two "new to me" stations called but did not return with an exchange.
They might have been QRP fox hunters. Don't know. 

Heard N1NN from VY1JA in the "warm up" before the NS started. Hal was
S8, but didn't hear him once the bell rang. 

Nice to work  AD8J in NC. Please come again.
