Comments:

Using my vertical in Florida....   I called 4 or 5 stations at the outset on 40m
and was "beaten" by others.  Called 6 CQs and no responses.  SWR fine,
power output fine.  Changed bands, things got better.  Near the end 20m acted
like 40m normally does.  Curious conditions from Florida!
