Comments:

Friday was terrible...with lightening and major static crashes...difficult to
hear anything but the strongest stations,  and their reports were drowned out
by the lightening.   But...then came Sunday...no static crashes..band open to
Europe and South America...what a difference a day makes.  Even had KH6CC call
me!!  

However,  was very disappointed in the activity level...called endless CQ's
with nothing.  It appeared Friday night caused many to abandon this contest. 
Too bad because conditions were really good on Saturday night.

Well..maybe the SSB contest weekend will be better...and I did get 2 NEW 160
meter countries,  HV0A and TA3D!!!
