This year I decided to work low power in CQ-160 CW. No problem with the amps,
but with all SO-HP SM records on the wall I was ready for a new challenge. 

The first night all worked fine except for weak signals from NA. At SR on
Saturday morning I was slightly ahead of my goal. But from Saturday SS until
the bitter end the rate was miserable. In the first 8 hours of the contest I
worked more than 60% of the total contacts. It felt like the contest was
running out of stations to work on Saturday afternoon... maybe fewer
participants this year?
