Comments:

This is as close to a serious effort I've ever made in this contest, but I ddid
limit things with the shortened effort, checking out around 7 hours from the
finish. Also, due to internet unavailability I went Unassisted, unusual for me,
but definitely fun. Due to the geomagnetic storm, little was accomplished on
10M, and 15M wound down early; just 2 days earlier I made a nice run of JA on
15M in the afternoon at the station, but none was heard by me during the
contest.  I was surprised to be called by 3B8HC on both 80 and 40M though!
Looking back on last years scores, it's my early impression that scores in
general will not reach that level, but I may be wrong!
