Comments:

First serious outing on 40M in many decades, so all was new.  Band was noisy,
but perhaps that was normal for this time of year. Lingering aurora probably
depressed northern paths, but did not know what quiet conditions were like. 
Did not hear KL7 or any JAs, for example, but OH0X called me--what a surprise. 


Inverted-Vee (put up 2 weeks ago) and 750W.  Tallied 61 DXCC entities and 48
states, a nice introduction to the band for me and great fun.
