Comments:

I remembered to take the dog out for her walk BEFORE NS started - no more 10
minute breaks in the middle :).  Had visions of a disastrous run during the
first 10 minutes - nobody heard me on 15 and barely on 20.  Things turned
around and 40 was my saving grace - good signals from all across the country. 
Thanks to all for the Qs, and congratulations to the many NS regulars I saw
posting Top 10 claimed scores in their respective categories of CQ WPX CW last
