Club: Orca DX and Contest Club

Comments:

This was pretty much what we'd expect closer to the bottom of the cycle -- 15M a
domestic operation with paltry DX, and 20M carrying the bulk of the workload.
High A put the bands to sleep -- just not much to work at all, and I suspect
that made a lot of people opt out of the third session. 

Not sure where the JAs were, but they weren't on 15M and only a few on 20M.
