Comments:

Very poor cndx to say the least.  10m practically non-existent.  15m opened very
late on Sunday.  Lots of QSB and noise on 20 and 40.  No 80m Q's this time, just
40 thru 10, and only 15 Q's on 10m.  A 3 band contest.
