I was hoping to get 2000q and 10M, but this is even better :)

First, I would like to say thanks to guys from my radioclub for biiiig support
and help to get everything ready for this event. Whole last week we spent every
afternoon on location to repair antennas and rotators. 2nd, thanks to 9A1P crew
for barrowing me mk2r device. We were competition in this contest and they do
that, It's a true HAM SPIRIT !!!


ABOUT CONTEST

I have excellent takeoff to NE and usually good condix to Russia. That was the
case this weekend too. I offten had the feeling that I'm HP, because menage to
work russian guys in pileups, before some HP stations, especially on high bands
:) ( litle advice: guys, move a bit down or up from spot, not just click on spot
and pres F4 :p )

Tactic was simple: Work only Russian's and MULTS, and thanks to condix I could
do that all 24 hours. 

21 & 28 m opened just in time to pick up missing oblast's before end of the
contest. 20, 40 and 80 was common good. But I'm plesantly suprised with 160m,
because I menage to work almoust all russian stations that was heard on my
BVGs. In total, I can not complain about anything. 

One more time I've conviced that Russian's are CW masters. I often call them
with speed over 40 WPM and they copy my call and even # without the need to
repeat something. That greatly speeds up the whole thing, and menage to achieve
really high rate for S&P mode. 

96% of QSOs was in S&P mode !!! I try to RUN few times and reach good rate
but most of that caller's was from EU, and every 2nd or 3rd was Russian. That
is not good for final score, so I stopped and returned to the clicking ;)
