Comments:

Conditions on 15 and 20 were better than predicted. I must apologize for my poor
transmit keying. Fix was downloading latest Ver. 2.86 RCC firmware which has a
key delay setting which gracefully compensates for internet latency. Wish I had
monitored my actual transmit signal sooner. Keying problem kept me off the air
