Comments:

20 WPM and  less than 20 WPM was fun
might have encouraged some of the slower guys to 
jump in  the CWT who are otherwise discouraged by the
High Speed demons.
One less than or equal to  20WPM event per month might encourage more
participation and for 
the rest of us we can go to the 'let-er-rip' for the other
three events
