Comments:

This year I opted for the SOSB/15m class due to lower solar flux numbers.
Operated field day style from a hilltop with very low ambient noise level. Used
an in-line array of two homemade VDA's (TNX DL3TU for loaning one on short
notice!) switchable between eastern and western beam direction. Although both
antennas collapsed in wind gusts several times, it was fun to take advantage of
their fine F/B ratio in this great contest!
