Comments:

Managed one very difficult Mainland US contact on 15. Otherwise dead.  20 was
wide open, but everyone migrated down to the lower bands too quickly, so not
many to work.  40 is starting to open here with the change of seasons, but it
is still too early to be good.  No chance on 80 or 160.
