Comments:

Elecraft K3/100 @ 5W Output to F12 C3 @64' and 80/40 Fan Dipole @50' N/S.

Poor conditions.  Most stations seemed to stay on 40 meters, and were not
audible here. Worked all I heard.

First try at this state QSO Party.  Not sure I fit into the pattern of awards
since there is not a power class distinction for out-of-state folks.
