Comments:

There was a Faraday cage over Ohio on 20 meters for the first 10 minutes or so.
N6ZFO said W9RE was S9 and I was S2 when we worked Bill back to back.  A few
minutes later I was up to S9 there and then more stations started to answer my
CQ's.
