Comments:

Could tell from the start that it was going to be tough with the disturbed
conditions, but it never seemed to improve.  Just a tiny window on 15m when I
heard some signals on Saturday.  I didn't get up to run 40 m the second morning
until about 1200z, and the band sounded like someone had switched in a big
attenuator.  When JA3YBK is only s7 you know you are not going to work much.

It was good to see the real ocntesters toughing it out.  Congrats to VE7CC on
his fortitude and terrific score.

Lots of good activity from the Middle East.  Tough to break through the EU wall
from back here during the day in that direction.
