Comments:

Out west with almost non-existent local activity and poor EME conditions, the
2015 September VHF contest focused on meteor scatter.  The new rules were the
reason and they made a huge difference.  The Pingjockey website was very busy
all weekend as real-time skeds were made.  I scored a new personal best for
this contest.  Thanks to everyone for all the QSOs and especially the very
patient MS ops!
