Was clueless how to log QTC's or what info to hand out, because what the rules
said, is not what I was hearing from non-EU stations.... but all was
effectively moot given the predominance of 'white noise' being the biggest
signal on all bands here..

The station DF0HQ, normally 20+ over 9 here in any other event peaked here at a
feeble S6 here, maybe Oceania was a bridge too far..

Not one signal (outside VK/ZL) heard on 15m, and nothing from nowhere on 10m..
