QRP operation in Andover, Mass at 130' ASL. Weather was damp and 64F.

- 1/2 λ 6m aluminum dipole, homemade
- Elk 2M/440L5 portable log periodic antenna

No time for an outdoor hilltop DXpedition, again. Portable QRP kit at home with
12V gel-cell battery, antennas mounted on wooden deck outside. 

The Sept VHF is my favorite contest, so I regret having to miss it. I checked
in a few QSOs Sunday night so I wouldn't completely miss a year.
