WriteLog V11.27H manually modified to match current rules, WriteLog has NOT
updated this module and has to plans to do so, since it is, in their opinion, a
"low-user-number" contest.

Very few NJ stations on.  Propagation not good to NJ from Texas.  Other
contests took priority as they are more populated with their county operators. 
Contest not good the same weekend as larger QSO Parties.

Mpbiles few and most of the time to weak to hear in the conditions we had.
