Comments:

First time in this event, quite a number of CW Qs.  Was stopped dead in traffic
for 15 minutes.  Bad enough to be at a low spot just below a 300ft rise, worse
was being stuck right by a hybrid vehicle that was emitting so much noise as to
cover any possible signal I could have worked from that location.
