Comments:

On a scale of 1-10 enjoyment level, this was about a 2 for me. XYL's family
picnic reunion was rescheduled for Saturday evening vs. Sunday = over 3-1/2
hours of prime time gone. I do not like the TS-590 which I used. Conditions
were better than expected on 15 at the start with Es into IA, SD, KS, MO, and
MN, but only 5th area I remember working was a struggle into NM. Nothing was
heard on 10 except locals probably due to lack of activity. 20 was hard to run
much of anything. Then 40 at 20Z was sleeping with the enemy with very long
skip and almost no PVRC, but lots of SOMC. I could not work PA or even NJ at
that time let alone anything beyond locals in VA or MD. I did have a decent 80
M run when returning at 0135Z and some fast rate once I was spotted, but it was
over around the 95 Q mark and further CQ's were pointless. I was pleased with
the number of Q's on 160 where I always seem to do well, but working range was
short on both 80/160 at least until 0332Z when I quit pretty well drenched with
sweat from the hot basement shack (even without the amp running!), never
remember being much hotter.

So, sorry PVRC that score was not bigger, but I easily could have bagged it in
sooner. I worked only 1 WV station, someone never worked before.
