Comments:

This was a nice chance to use my home station and call, as opposed to low power
and temporary or hidden antennas at the winter QTH in Florida or elsewhere in
my travels. This contest was made possible by a non-arrival of a new grandson
in NJ who was due on Friday, but graciously chose to wait to allow grandpa the
opportunity to do this radio contest.

Conditions seemed poor on Saturday, but improved Saturday evening and were
pretty good on Sunday. Nice to catch a small 10 meter opening Sunday morning.
Also nice to work and pass 10 QTCs to QSO party regular OM2VL, and others who
show up in those events. Hope to see lots of you, from both sides on the pond,
in the Ohio QSO Party, 1600z Aug 27 to 0400Z Aug. 28.
