Great CNDX on all bands, lil QRN, but very limited time cuz'v family
activities.

Why some EUns without giving their own call first just keep sending
"QTC?"!? By doing so they do TWO bad things at once: ruin the DX
stn's pileup and get ZERO QTCs for themselves. Even if there's no pileup on a
DX, a EUn stn asking "QTC?" without own call forces an extra exchange
of questions(answers). So simple to figure out, but year after year it goes on
and on...
